Mareva injunction does not extend to money held in solicitor’s client account over which solicitor has lien for unpaid fees

The issue in this case was whether funds held in a solicitor’s client account and subject to the solicitor’s lien for unpaid fees were subject to a Mareva injunction, obtained at the suit of a plaintiff after an award in arbitration proceedings in the plaintiff’s favour.
