Whether summary judgment available for Admiralty actions in rem

The issue before the Privy Council was whether, by the law of Singapore, a plaintiff in an Admiralty action in rem was entitled to avail himself of the provisions of Order 14 of the Rules of the Supreme Court 1970, in order to obtain summary judgment.
