Whether plaintiff can proceed in rem to enforce judgment of foreign Admiralty Court

The plaintiff cargo owners brought an action against the owners of the vessel Despina GK in the Admiralty Court of Stockholm. The vessel was arrested in Sweden on 15 May 1976. On 17 November 1978 the Stockholm District Court found in favour of the plaintiffs and awarded them damages, interest and costs.
