Laytime - Notice of readiness tendered when vessel not ready to load - Second notice tendered when vessel ready to load but stating that it had been tendered at date and time on which first notice tendered - Whether second notice valid

The vessel was chartered for the carriage of grain from the US Gulf to Spain. The charterparty provided that notification of the vessel’s readiness to load should be delivered in writing at the office of the charterers or their agents between 0900 and 1700 on all days except Sundays and holidays, and between 0900 and 1200 on Saturdays. The charterers or their agents were not required to accept notice of readiness on Saturdays after 1200 or on Sundays or holidays. Following receipt of readiness to load or discharge, laytime would commence at 0800 on the next day, Sundays and holidays excepted.
