Cargo claim - Rolled steel coils damaged by rust caused by condensation - Whether shipowners liable

The cargo owners claimed damages from the shipowners in respect of rust damage suffered by a cargo of cold rolled steel coils carried from South Korea to Antwerp. The contract of carriage incorporated the Hague-Visby Rules.
