I have set up an e-mail alert. Why I am not receiving anything?

  1. This could be due to your SPAM filters. E-mail onlineaccess@informa.com and we will be able to provide you with the e-mail address the specific alert is sent from so that you can add it to your safe list. (NB: the e-mail alerts for each publication come from different e-mail addresses so please let us know which alerts you have requested).
  2. If you have previously unsubscribed from e-mails using the unsubscribe link in the e-mail then you have unsubscribed from all i-law e-mails. This includes all alerts, hints and tips and other useful e-mails from i-law. If you think that you may have unsubscribed to all i-law e-mails using the unsubscribe link in the e-mails then please e-mail us and we will remove you from the relevant unsubscribe lists so that you will receive requested e-mail alerts.

How do I unsubscribe from a specific e-mail alert?
The best way to unsubscribe from an e-mail alert is to log in to your account and navigate to the publications alert page. Once on this page you must un-tick the box adjacent to the publication that you no longer wish to receive alerts from.
