Indian life operation Aviva Life... has signed a bancassurance distribution agreement with Bank of Rajasthstan. Aviva Life CEO Bert Paterson said that Bank of Rajasthan had “an extensive distribution reach”. Aviva Life is 74% owned by locally based Dabur, and 26% owned by UK-based composite Aviva. The Indian venture has around 40 distribution agreements in India.
