Chinese assurer Union Life... is to issue 1.1bn yuan ($151.3m) in subordinated bonds, in the first half of the year, reports SinoCast . In late November the assurer received permission to sell a 5.09% stake in itself to Japan-based assurer Taiyo Life. That deal valued Union Life at about 5.29bn yuan.
