New York-based insurer AIG ... has cancelled a scheduled listing of a property investment trust, J-Reit Toshi Hojin, due to “poor market conditions”. The AIG H-Reit was scheduled to go public on December 19. J-Reit had intended to use is assets of about ¥100bn ($906m), plus proceeds from the listing and loans to buy 21 office buildings in Tokyo.
