Allianz China Life... has received a preliminary licence to establish a branch in Nanjing, capital of Jiangsu province, the company said today. Allianz China Life currently has operations in Shanghai, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Sichuan and Shenzhen. It said that the market for insurance in Jiangsu is currently about 50bn yuan ($6.67bn).
