Taiwanese assurer holding company Shin Kong Financial... has declined to comment on reports that its planned Chinese joint venture with an unnamed partner would be with China-based Hainan Airlines Co. It said that “given the non-disclosure agreement with our mainland partner, we cannot disclose any details at this point”. The 800m yuan-capitalised JV will be based in Beijing, the reports claimed.
