French bank BNP Paribas’ Wales-based insurance unit… is to form a joint venture with two Vietnamese banks, Vietcombank and Seabank, in order to sell insurance products in Vietnam. Under the arrangement BNP will take a 43% stake in the company with Vietcombank and Seabank assuming 45% and 12% respectively.
