Holland-based bank ABN Amro… has appointed George Koo as head of Financial Institutions and Public Sector, Commercial Segment Asia. Mr Koo will be charged with the task of capitalizing on consumer demand for asset liability management services sought by the country’s banking and insurance companies. He replaces Dominic Silva who will be heading up the bank’s mid-market strategy.
