India-based Birla Sun Life... is to set up information/transaction kiosks in Mumbai. The self-service units will offer information and allow online transactions, including the purchasing of policies, change policy details, or request a meeting with an insurance adviser. Birla Sun Life CEO Nani Javeri said that “we see the setting up of these kiosks as a means to take our products and services to the doorstep of the consumers”.
