Mobile Doctors acquires Medi-fiche

Mobile Doctors, the provider of medical reports for use in personal injury, medical negligence, employer and public liability cases, has announced the acquisition of Medi-fiche in a £1.2mn deal. Medi-fiche, which was founded in 2001 and currently employs 20 people, is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of independent expert reporting for personal injury claims. The purchase is Mobile Doctors’ first acquisition since gaining admission onto AIM in July 2007, and the company has confirmed it is in discussions with other potential targets.
