Cyclist successfully sues driver

A man has received £6,500 in compensation after a bicycle accident. He suffered painful injuries after being knocked off his bicycle. He was cycling through a green traffic light when a driver executed a right hand turn across his path. The manoeuvre resulted in his being thrown from his bicycle. He suffered a fractured collarbone, a fracture to one of the bones in his hand and a possible hairline fracture to his knee.
