Claim under Protection from Harassment Act
A former employee was entitled to damages for harassment and bullying at her workplace under Protection from Harassment Act
1997. The court ruled that the company failed to prevent the bullying, or to protect her, and therefore breached the Protection
from Harassment Act 1987 (PHA).
