…and attacks claims management companies

APIL’s incoming president Richard Langton has attacked claims management companies and said that some of them are “just parasites.” Mr Langton said: “We are going to see claims management companies regulated at long last, but there is of course a substantial danger here. Once they describe themselves as being regulated they could seem more respectable than law firms.”
