Law firm team tackles bogus compensation claims

A new team to tackle insurance fraudsters making bogus compensation claims has been set up by Manchester solicitors Beachcroft Wansbroughs. Partner Mike Suddards is heading a team of five lawyers investigating suspicious claims on behalf of insurance companies. In particular, they are targeting people who stage car crashes, claim for fake passengers or exaggerate their injuries after a minor shunt.
