Nature of knowledge required for Limitation Act

Claimants failed to discharge the burden of proving that they did not have the requisite knowledge of material facts at the relevant date for limitation purposes. The claim arose as a result of a business investment in which the claimants lost a large sum of money. They alleged that the defendant accountants were negligent in advice given in late 1994 and on subsequent dates.
