Waitress wins sex discrimination case

A waitress has won £124,000 in compensation for sex discrimination and unfair dismissal at an employment tribunal. She worked at an exclusive members’ club in Mayfair and was subjected to sexual harassment and bullying by the chef over a 15-month period. The waitress alleged that she was assaulted by the chef, leaving her suffering from depression and anxiety.
