Asthma attack woman wins dismissal case

A woman who worked at a bar has been awarded £5,940 after she claimed for disability discrimination and unfair dismissal. The woman had an asthma attack at work and was taken off the staff rota the following week. Her boss suggested she find a different job. She was awarded £3,000 for injury to her feelings, £150 interest and £2,790 compensation for her unfair dismissal.
