Trust pays £3mn to cerebral palsy victim
A boy who suffers from severe cerebral palsy has received £3mn in damages. The boy, now six, suffered brain damage caused
by a lack of oxygen during his birth. The NHS Trust admitted liability and apologised unreservedly.
