£775,000 compensation for car victim
A 13 year old boy who was hit by a car has received £775,000 compensation. The boy suffered major head injuries and ended
up in a temporary coma. The case was settled by the driver’s insurers without an admission of liability. The settlement was
reported to have been reached on the basis of 67% of a full valuation of his claim.
