No insurer settlement for Hollinger plaintiffs

A syndicate of 12 insurers led by AIG has said that it will not settle with plaintiffs taking media publishing group Hollinger International and its directors to court over their failure to stop what a Hollinger International special committee report called a “corporate kleptocracy” that allegedly resulted in $400mn being plundered from the company.
