HSE publishes Offshore Safety Statistics
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has published provisional statistics the latest offshore safety statistics bulletin,
“Offshore Safety Statistics Bulletin 2003/04.” The HSE said it confirmed an unacceptable slow decline in fatal and major injury
rates.
