Law Society says compensation culture is a myth
The Law Society said that it had received prominent coverage on page two of the Daily Telegraph with its view that Britain’s
so-called compensation culture is in fact a myth, fuelled by media coverage. The Society was quoted in response to comments
made by shadow home secretary David Davis.
