Ford and Firestone both lose
The US District Court in Indianapolis has rejected moves by both Ford and Firestone for dismissal of more than 100 rollover
suits arising from accidents in Venezuela and Colombia. Judge Barker ruled that US courts are an appropriate jurisdiction.
