Race attack victim to sue police
Duwayne Brooks, a survivor of the lethal racist attack on Stephen Lawrence in London, has been given permission by the Court
of Appeal to bring action against the Metropolitan Police for its treatment of him, at the time and afterwards. His earlier
attempt had been struck out by Central London County Court.
