French shipyard ruling

The Aix-en-Provence appeal court ruling against now-closed French shipyard (La Seyne) for failing to take necessary steps to protect employees from breathing dust during work will be influential in other claims arising from that industry. At least 100 other workers from the same yard, with claims before the Court of Social Security Affairs in Toulon, will benefit.
