Effect on right to reject after seller repairs goods sold – seller refused to inform buyer of the reason the goods (agricultural machinery) were not working correctly – implied term that such information should be forthcoming in absence of which goods could be rejected, even though they had, in fact, been repaired to ‘factory gate standard’
