Keoghs completes purchase of Hill Dickinson’s insurance business group
Keoghs has completed its acquisition of Hill Dickinson’s insurance business group. Keoghs said that following the third and
final phase of the sale, 17 partners and 311 staff have moved to Keoghs, taking its headcount to 1,740 across 12 offices.
