UK litigation funders growing rapidly, says RPC
Assets held by the 20 biggest independent UK litigation funders increased by 42 per cent in a year to more than £1 billion,
according to RPC. The law firm said that UK litigation funders’ “war chests” totalled £1.03 billion in 2016/2017, up from
£726 million in 2015/2016.
