The National Crime Agency ("the NCA"), exercising revenue powers under Part 6 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, raised discovery assessments against Gui Hui Dong ("Mr Dong") in respect of unpaid taxes for the years 2004 to 2005 to 2008 to 2009.
