APIL calls for ban on cold calling by claims management companies
Figures from the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) have revealed that more than 25,000 complaints were made about personal
injury cold calling last year, dwarfing the number of complaints for PPI cold calls (5,883) and pension cold calls (521).
