Composite Legal Expenses acquires General Legal Protection


Composite Legal Expenses Ltd has acquired the business and assets of York-based General Legal Protection Ltd. Composite said it is working with General Legal Protection to ensure a seamless transition for policyholders, agents and brokers. General Legal Protection will continue to operate under their own brand and the team will remain in their office in York, led by branch manager Andre Scruton.
