President’s Ball agency may face employment claim, says Leigh Day


Employment lawyers at Leigh Day have warned that the agency which employed the women who acted as hostesses at the President’s Ball charity dinner “could face a multi-million pound employment claim on behalf of the women, with separate criminal charges and civil claims being brought against individuals over allegations of indecent exposure, sexual assault and third-party harassment.”
