Robust evidence needed for children’s screen use guidelines


The British Psychological Society (BPS) has called for new guidelines on appropriate screen use for children and young people to be built on robust evidence. It said there was so too much hype and confusion, and much of the evidence for the negative effects of screen use in children and teenagers is not based on robust enough science.
