The claimant sought a declaration that the defendant had acted unlawfully in proceeding with a second adjudication and an order restraining the defendant from taking any further steps in that adjudication and to withdraw from it. Further, the claimant sought to recover the costs it had incurred in connection with the first adjudication between the parties.
