Insurable interest and measure of indemnity

The decision of Cooke J in Linelevel Ltd v Powszechny Zaklad Ubezpieczen SA, The Nore Challenger [2005] EWHC 421 (Comm) (forthcoming in [2005] Lloyd's Rep IR) was for the most part a factual dispute as to the cause of damage to an insured tug.The judgment does, however, contain some points of wider interest in relation to insurable interest and measure of indemnity.
