Dornoch Ltd and others v Royal and Sun Alliance
[2005] EWCA Civ 238, has upheld the decision of Aikens J, reported at
[2004] Lloyd’s Rep IR 826
, in ascertaining the correct meaning of a claims control clause attaching to the reinsurance of a directors’ and officers’
