Norton Rose Fulbright has announced the arrival of Russel Low as a shipping and offshore of counsel in its Singapore office. Russel joins from the Singapore arm of a formal law alliance with an international law firm where he has been an associate director for four years. Prior to this, he was a solicitor in the Singapore office of another international law firm for three years.
