On 26 March 2010 United Infrastructure Development Corporation (UIDC) agreed to sell to Cirrus Oil Services Ltd (Cirrus) 18,000 mt of gasoil. On 23 April 2010 UIDC agreed to purchase the gasoil from Gunvor International BV (Gunvor).
