Wikileaks cable throws new light on Indian FDI cap
Some Indian partners in insurance joint ventures could have been saying one thing in public and another in private when it
came to lobbying either for or against the raising of the foreign direct investment (FDI) cap in insurance to 49% from 26%,
according to an American diplomatic source document released by Wikileaks.
