Russian Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Savatyugin... has resigned. Mr Savatyugin oversaw the insurance and banking sectors. The Russian government is preparing to bring the regulation of financial markets and banks under the remit of the central bank. Mr Savatyugin, who has been in the job since 2010, declined to comment to Reuters on his future job plans.
