Call for fixed costs regime
The UK’s Forum of Insurance Lawyers (Foil) has called on government to introduce a fixed-costs regime for fast-track claims
that are not handled in the road traffic accident (RTA) portal. The call came in its response to the Ministry of Justice’s
request for evidence on the extension of the portal, which closed last Friday.
