Claims Standards Council responds to government proposals on civil justice
The Claims Standards Council (CSC) said, following the close of the consultation on February 14, it was totally bewildered
by the recent government announcement on reform of the civil justice system, bearing in mind the Ministry of Justice had received
in excess of 600 responses to the green paper, plus statistical evidence.
