On 9 July 2007, Dolphin Tanker Srl as owners (‘the owners’) time chartered the vessel MT Savina Caylyn (‘the Vessel’) to Westport Petroleum Inc as charterers (‘the charterers’) on the terms of an amended ‘Shelltime 4’ form at a daily rate of US$27,000 (‘the Charterparty’).
