The facts

On 7 February 2005, Owneast Shipping Ltd as owners (‘the owners’), time chartered the vessel MV Qatar Star to Qatar Navigation QSC as charterers (‘the charterers’) on an amended NYPE form for a period of 48 month more or less two months at charterers’ option.
