No fraud but claim failed anyway

A woman delivering leaflets to houses in her street alleged that as she was beginning to cross the road her foot caught in a depression and, as a consequence, she lost her balance and fell, sustaining injuries. Her evidence was supported by a resident who claimed to have witnessed the accident. There was a history of involvement by the two people in similar claims.
